What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

What are the payments terms.

We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfers for orders placed from within the UAE. Bank Transfer should be done for the orders placed from the locations that are outside of the UAE.

What exactly happens after ordering?

The products which are “In Stock” on the website will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm. If we receive the order after 5 pm, we will ship it on the next day based on the product’s availability

we do collect a nominal delivery charge of AED 35. Same day express delivery also available for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Express delivery charges will be 150AED.
