Eligibility for Return
All products sold on 3dtek Store are eligible for return unless otherwise, We might refuse a return, refund, or exchange request if it does not meet the conditions mentioned below.
Conditions for Returning a Product
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. after that period products may no longer to be return.
- Products must be In original packaging.
- All original accessories, manuals etc. and the product box must be included.
- Products that are damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Products with missing parts or not in resalable condition may be rejected unless defective.
Note: We kindly ask customers to pack returned items securely. If damage occurs during shipping due to poor packaging. 3dtek Store may not be able to accept the return. It’s always best to return the item in its original packaging to ensure safe handling.
Non-Returnable Products
- Items with tampered serial numbers, missing packaging, or heavy usage
- Special products requested via quotation and already approved by the customer — unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
- If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, dead on arrival or incorrect item, 3dtek Store will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- Any import duties or charges (if applicable)
Returning in-Store
If you visit 3dtek Store office (Customer Care Center), our team will promptly inspect the item first. If everything is in order, return or refunds can be done Immediately (instant refund)
Returning via Courier
- If you prefer courier pickup:
- Submit a return via WhatsApp or Chat
- Our return team will contact you within 24 hours.
- After validation, a courier will be arranged to collect the item
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order directly from your user account before it is shipped. If cancellation option is not available, contact us via chat, WhatsApp, phone, or email as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
- If the order is canceled before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 1 working day. Otherwise, refunds are processed within 2 working days after return approval and inspection.
- For International Orders Refund are processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method:
- Cash payment: will be refunded immediately in-store
- Bank Transfer: 2–4 business days
Replacement Policy:
- The replacement request for the products is to be sent within 5 days of receipt of the product or pick/drop from our location which is mentioned in contact details.
- Only Faulty & Dead on arrival products can be replaced.
- A replacement order is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection.
- On inspection, the product returned should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories which were shipped along with the product else replacement is not initiated.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us, if the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
- On product inspection, if returned item is not found faulty / dead on arrival product refund will be initiated.
