Delivery Tariff:
- 3dtek Store provides a delivery with in the UAE for every order we do collect a nominal delivery charge of AED 35.
- 3dtek Store delivers the products within the duration that is mentioned on the product page. Deliveries will only be processed during business working days, and please note that public holidays and Friday will be counted as non-working days. The products which are “In Stock” on the website will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 4 pm. If we receive the order after 4 pm, we will ship it on the next day based on the product’s availability.
Stock Status “In Stock”:
- Items listed as “In Stock” on the website will be delivered within 1-2 business days (to the areas where standard courier service is available).
Stock Status Pre-order:
- Item listed as “Pre-order” on the website are about to get launched products that will be released within 2-7 business days from the launched date. The Pre-order duration varies from product to product or as mentioned on the product page. Our executives will communicate with the customers regarding the confirmation of the delivery time.

- We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfers for orders placed from within the UAE.
- Bank Transfer should be done for the orders placed from the locations that are outside of the UAE.
