At 3dtek Store, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, including delivery times, costs and tracking. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please do contact with us via Call or WhatsApp. We are here to help you out to provide you with a status update.

Delivery Terms and Conditions as Follows:

You can purchase the products which are listed on our website from anywhere across the world. Please check the below-mentioned terms and conditions for deliveries and payments.

Bank Transfer should be done for the orders placed from the locations that are outside of the UAE.

We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfers for orders placed from within the UAE.

1. Where We Ship:

  • We currently ship to all states of the UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al-Khaimah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi) plus Oman and Iraq.
  • Free Store Pickup Option also available during checkout page.
  • 3dtek Store ships to all the countries in the world except the countries mentioned below:
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Central African Republic, Iran, Libya, Mali, North Korea, Palestine, Somalia, South Sudan, Yemen.
  • International Orders: We are more than happy to accommodate international buyers.By default, our web site only accommodates UAE buyers. However, we will ship anywhere in the world, with a few exceptions. Please contact us by email to arrange payment and details.With this in mind, please remember:
  • The customer may also provide their Carrier( FEDEX/ DHL/ ANY OTHER) account numbers against which the ordered items will be handed over to the Buyer’s specified Carrier or Free Store pickup. The items will be handed over to the carrier only after the funds are cleared into our account.
  • Most international shipments are shipped FedEx International Economy Service. If asked, we will ship using your preferred carrier. Call us for variations.
  • Depending on which country you are ordering from, and the size of the order, we may require pre-payment by bank wire.
  • Any shipping expenses associated with replacements or returns, the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Please contact your Customs Office prior to ordering.

2. Estimated delivery time:

Estimated delivery time after your order is shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: (within the UAE. it takes 1-2 business days)
  • Residents of UAE have an option of “Super Express Delivery” where they receive their order within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman  in 1-4 hours only!
  • For Oman: (it takes 2-3  business days)
  • For Iraq: (usually delivery takes 8-10  business days)
  • For Africa: (usually delivery takes 1-2  business days. Order will be delivered to the Buyer’s specified Carrier within the UAE)
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) – SMSA (Economy) – 4-8 Days delivery time
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) – DHL (Express) – 2-4 Days delivery time

Please ensure whether the shipping providers delivers the servers from UAE to your destination before placing the order.

3. Handling Time:

Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method

  • Deliveries will only be processed during business working days, and please note that public holidays and Sunday will be counted as non-working day.
  • If the order is placed before 5 pm, will be shipped on the same day. If we receive the order after 5 pm, we will process it on the next working day.
  • Shipping time starts after handling time.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.

4. Shipping Costs:


We offer the following shipping rates:

Standard Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over 2000AED, otherwise, standard shipping costs 35AED per order.
  • Express Delivery Charges within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman 100AED 
  • For Oman: Delivery charges 50AED 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Kindly note that Additional fees may apply for international shipping, international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties, and taxes.

5. Shipping Carriers:


We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • We ship via NAS Express Couriers LLC. within the UAE.
  • For Oman we ship via Best Line Express Courier

6. Tracking Your Order:


You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipments through the service providers’ tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.
