3dtek Store provides free delivery within the UAE for every order that is above AED 2000. If the value of the order is below AED 2000, we do collect a nominal delivery charge of AED 35. 3dtek Store delivers the products within the duration that is mentioned on the product page. Deliveries will only be processed during business working days, and please note that public holidays and Friday will be counted as non-working days. The products which are “In Stock” on the website will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 4 pm. If we receive the order after 4 pm, we will ship it on the next day based on the product’s availability. We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfers for orders placed from within the UAE. Bank Transfer should be done for the orders placed from the locations that are outside of the UAE. Please ensure whether the shipping providers delivers the servers from UAE to your destination before placing the order.

You can avail free of cost repairs or replacement if needed during the warranty period for the Refurbished products. Actual warranty starts on the day when you purchase the product from us.
